Pixel size

Pixel size (equal to the physical size of the detector divided by the number of pixels) must be specified for the complete set of patterns by clicking on “Settings” command button and by selecting “Microscope settings” tab. The units of pixel size must be the same as the units of camera length and position of pattern center. It is recommended to use [mm]. The program uses only the ratio of  pixel size and camera length, therefore one may keep the default value of the pixel size and suitably adjust the camera length.
