I took a new theme of quantum wires. According to literature data, it is possible to obtain such a nanostructures by chemical treatment. This means that the quantum wires do not have to be carried out only by lithography methods. Processing involves the metal particles deposition, which are reaction catalyst (Pd) or a mask (Ag). The etching is carried out in a limited reactive solutions based on HF and hydrogen peroxide. The first wires already created, now should be examined.

I'm still writing my PhD thesis. Among otherst, this month I'm working on the following chapters:
- Electrodeposition of Zn from aqueous baths
- Electrodeposition of Mo from aqueous bath
- Combination of zinc with molybdenum
- Zn-Mo phase diagram
- Electrodeposition of Mo with Zn

Sample preparation for study of structural properties of liquid binary alloys using aerodynamic livitation method. The X-ray scattering data will be obtained with the new high temperature setup based on aerodynamic levitation and laser heating. Static measurements on liquid has been also performed with high resolution in both direct and reciprocal spaces.

Developement of MEAM potential parameters to describe the thermo-physical properties of liquid binaries contain zinc.

I have been working lately with colloidal solutions.

I was adsorbing 100mm Ag particles with previously described procedure from 20ppm solution in one hour. Optically visible chnges was observed after particle deposition(blue or green washy colour). Further inestigation was reflection measurement. Two up to 2% reflectiom minima where found for between 300 - 500nm.
Also simulation parts where further developed. The optimal particle size where found.
For 0,5um thick silicon cell optimal diameter is 140nm.

In women’s month I was working on 12, 24 PLL/HA and PLL/ALG bilayer polyelectrolyte films preparation in order to assess adsorption of FBS proteins. I prepared polymer coatings on samples modified by migration channels. Samples were settled by the smooth muscle cells culture.
